After completing his degree in Agronomy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018, we were fortunate to have Tyson join our team. Tyson lives in the Saskatoon area and services western Saskatchewan as a MAPS Technology Specialist. Tyson grew up on a grain farm near Rosetown, SK, but they also briefly had hogs and cattle. As a summer student, Tyson worked one summer with Richardson Pioneer in Swift Current and three summers with the Monsanto Canola Breeding program in Saskatoon. He is currently an articling Agronomist registered with the SIA. Tyson enjoys spending time with his family and friends, whether it be at the lake, fishing, playing golf, snowmobiling, or helping out on the family farm. Tyson’s favourite aspect of working at CropPro is the people he has the privilege to work alongside: “Everyone’s positive and friendly attitudes and willingness to lend a hand, no matter the task, makes for an encouraging and unbeatable work environment.”
