We have been privileged to have Shelly managing the head office in Naicam, SK, since 2017. Shelly grew up on a farm near St. Front, SK. After obtaining her degree in Education (minor in French) from the University of Calgary, she spent a couple of years teaching elementary school in Nunavut. Following her move to Naicam in 2005, she spent five years working in newspaper layout and design, and then over five years working in accounting at a grain terminal. Shelly enjoys working independently and learning new things, whether they pertain to business accounting practices or new technology relating to agriculture. She finds it “very exciting to work for such an innovative company.”Travel is Shelly’s biggest passion, and she takes as many trips as possible throughout the year. Within the last few years, she has also discovered an interest in painting, and has a whole wall in her house dedicated to her art. She loves to spend to time with family, friends, and her two cats.
