On Farm Research

This service has been a win-win-win. CropPro likes to test products, strategies, fertilizer responses, and many other innovative things in order to improve our knowledge base in our local area. This benefits our clients, as they get up-to-date unbiased information on how inputs and strategies are working in their fields, We are also very pleased when a chemical company or research organization can help fund or sponsor part of the work. This helps cover the costs of the learning exercise.

We have access to a weigh wagon, clients with yield mapping, a truck sprayer, GPS systems and GIS software, and many other tools that make us capable of providing results. We have many years of experience conducting this type of work and know how to make it happen.

Does it pay? This question is why we conduct on-farm research for our clients. If we don't know the answer or we doubt the current evidence, we test it locally.   -- Cory Willness
